Als Tech Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het platform waarop applicaties op een gestandaardiseerde manier worden ontwikkeld voor de websites van onze merken Zwitserleven en Reaal. Je richt je niet op het ontwikkelen van individuele applicatie maar van platformcomponenten.

Je draagt medeverantwoordelijkheid voor de richting, vormgeving, actueel houden en ontwikkeling van het Frontend platform, dat essentieel is voor het behalen van de doelstellingen van onze organisatie. Jouw uitdaging ligt in het innoveren en voortdurend verbeteren van het platform, zodat het klaar is voor de toekomst.

Je haalt energie uit het analyseren van problemen en oplossingen, en je weet ook niet-technische belanghebbenden hierbij te betrekken. Samen met je collega's in het team zul je deze verbeteringen doorvoeren.

Wat vragen we van jou?
  • Je hebt tenminste 5 jaar werkervaring met frontend ontwikkelingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken in SAFe, Agile en/of Scrum teams.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent een teamplayer.
  • Je hebt minimaal hbo-denk-/werkniveau.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
