Sales Operations Specialist

At Fox IT, we are seeking a talented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to enabling and supporting our sales teams in the Benelux. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, your primary mission will be to ensure data governance and support our sales organisation to run effectively, efficiently, and in line with overall business strategies and objectives.

We are looking for a team player with a strong drive, who is keen to take responsibility and help increase sales productivity with a data-driven but also solution-oriented approach. Your primary stakeholders will be in our office in Delft, and you will be reporting to our Sales Operations Manager in the Netherlands.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Helping govern our CRM (Salesforce) and performing regular sanity checks of pipeline, gate approvals, etc.
  2. Providing continuous support for the development and improvement of our Sales tools.
  3. Documenting new processes, updating old ones, adding current documentation, and ensuring continuous updates to respective Sales Enablement SharePoint pages.
  4. Supporting the coordination of global projects and relaying information across functional teams.
  5. Writing internal communications, such as the Sales Operations news feed, to inform our sales teams on current activities.
  6. Ensuring effective business activities, tools, and processes alignment.
  7. Helping manage data-driven decision making, e.g., through forecast and sales reporting.
  8. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Delivery to maximize productivity and ensure excellent customer service.
  9. Quality assurance of our internal processes.

  3. Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  4. Thriving in juggling repetitive and data-oriented tasks as well as investigative tasks and trouble-shooting.
  5. Passionate about quality, processes, and excellent customer service.
  6. Comfortable working in an international environment, with the ability to switch between English and Dutch.
  7. Having a good sense of humour and the ability to make a complex task into an exciting challenge.
