Orthodontic Field Sales Representative Specialist

We currently have an opening for an Orthodontic Sales Representative in the North Netherlands. The role will be dedicated to promoting and selling our range of Solventum orthodontic products to existing customers and identifying new ones.

The successful candidate will provide representation to oral care professionals through value-added training and conveying Solventum Solutions. This includes providing customer support, attending customer events, and congresses, as well as reporting and documenting customer data into our CRM system.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with contracting, pricing, and sales analytics. Additionally, they should have high-level digital skills and knowledge of Aligners. A valid driver's license is also required.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Economical or medical degree in orthodontics or dental business
  • Sales experience
  • Link between Solventum and customers, supporting product launches and presentations
  • Reporting and documentation of customer data into CRM System
  • Dutch and English language proficiency

Apart from the above requirements, the following additional qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with CRM Systems and database management
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with high customer focus, flexibility, and motivation to grow
