Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

BeBee Professionals is looking for a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and assisting with product installation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Assist with product installation and configuration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • at least two years of experience in a technical support role
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and database management systems
