About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Specialist to join our team at DSV in Amsterdam. As a Facility Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 50,000 m2 warehouse and 200 colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities and procedures within the facilities department, working closely with technical colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and distribute inventory of consumables, such as tape, pallets, packaging materials, and more.
- Coordinate procurement in the field of facility services, maintaining contact with suppliers and negotiating as needed.
- Handle first-line malfunction reports, performing/coordinating technical maintenance on buildings, business equipment, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience in a facilities role, such as facility assistant, maintenance worker, or technical staff or similar.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Common sense, a practical attitude, and problem-solving skills.

- A salary ranging from € to € gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- 24 vacation days, 4 additional leave days, and 8% holiday pay per year.
