About the Role

Hyatt Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Management Trainee to join our team. As a Housekeeping Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our housekeeping department, including room assignments, linen management, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in housekeeping operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including inventory and supplies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Tourism related degree
  • Available for a minimum of five months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or enrolled in a Dutch Institution
