Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and cascade down the global IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with local senior management to identify technology opportunities and innovations that drive growth and competitiveness.
- Lead a team of 12 IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management within the IT department.
- Active participation in transformational projects, ensuring successful execution, respect of timing, and smooth adoption.
- Work closely with global and local business departments to implement technologies that enhance customer engagement and operational excellence.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of shops IT infrastructure in close cooperation with global IT team.
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance.
- Computer Science, IT BSc - Masters degree preferred.
- Experience as IT Manager within the Retail/B2C sector.
- General knowledge of technologies covering all functional fields on the information systems (i.e. ERP, Operations & Enterprise Architecture, Big Data & BI).
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Capability to manage complexity in an international environment.
- Positive and energetic attitude and ability to drive change.
- Knowledge in SalesForce, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Xstore, Adobe Marketing Cloud is desirable.
