About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Applied Micro Electronics (AME) BV. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for guiding our projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, timeline, and budget.

Your primary focus will be on managing cross-functional project teams, including electronics, mechanics, and software specialists, to deliver innovative electronic products to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electronics, mechanics, software)
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and product development
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a talent for motivating teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse technical specialists and cultural backgrounds
  • Proven ability to translate project requests into realistic plans aligned with our development process
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on structured planning and priority setting
