We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Supervisor to join our team at Terex Genie. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising our Customer Service Team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor progress, measure performance, and direct the team to secure customer and business requirements
- Handle customer issues escalated by team members and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
- Manage, monitor, maintain, and display performance metrics to plan and drive business growth
- Interact with diverse levels of internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective communication and resolve issues and inquiries
- Timely customer support and advice to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Team performance management and development to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). An additional language as French, German, or Italian is a plus
- A helicopter view of the business and ability to lead and motivate others
- Sense of urgency and process discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Interpersonal skills and people management experience
