We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at NN. As a key member of our Business Intelligence / Business Controller Group IT, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models and reports to support business strategy and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
