About the Role

As a Global Assortment Portfolio Strategist at Rituals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global assortment portfolio. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products are strategically positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage the global assortment distribution to build an effective and low-complexity portfolio that drives brand equity globally.
  • Perform global assortment analyses across regions and commercial teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the distribution.
  • Act as a brand guardian for global assortment choices and commercial needs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Manage all new product development requests from regions and commercial teams, establishing efficient workflows with the Innovation Category team.
  • Connect commercial business and innovation teams by sharing insights, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and providing strategic updates.
  • Manage commercial feedback and integrate it into the new product development process and distribution matrix, working closely with the Innovation Data team.
  • Optimize processes and tooling needed for data management and flow, ensuring low-risk, accurate, and efficient data exchange.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in assortment/category management, preferably within an FMCG organization with international (or European) scope.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
