We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as a Salad Production Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our salad production process.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and mixing raw materials, packing salads, preparing pallets for shipment, and providing support in the production process as needed. You will work in three shifts: morning (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM), afternoon (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and night (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have full-time availability in the three shifts. Experience in the food sector or industry is an advantage. You should also be comfortable working in a cool environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of €15.25 per hour, with a 33% surcharge between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and a 35% surcharge between 00:00 and 06:00. You will also receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per km or an electric bicycle to get to work easily. After six months, you will receive your first pay increase.
