Insurance Risk Management Specialist

AIG is a leading global insurance organization, and we are seeking an Insurance Risk Management Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Non-Complex team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the small and medium enterprises segment with quick and simple insurance solutions through insurance brokers and authorized agents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quoting new business and handling incoming change requests for existing policies related to Financial Lines and Accident & Health products;
  • Developing a deep understanding of the insurance products and services in scope and utilizing this knowledge in day-to-day interactions with our distribution partners;
  • Contributing to the process of product development to optimize and expand our product range;
  • Supporting the development of data analytics and portfolio management structure analysis to effectively manage the portfolio of insurance policies;
  • Contributing to Non-Complex growth targets through commercial activities such as broker visits and product presentations.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional who is eager to learn and flexible in their work style. A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in underwriting or an insurance environment is a plus.
