About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Freudenberg. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing assistance to employees on sick leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage time, absenteeism, leave, and overtime records, ensuring Dutch compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and handle associated pay adjustments
- Assist in local training and development initiatives by coordinating training logistics
- Monitor employee training through our training management system
- Enhance and optimize job descriptions of our operators to align with evolving industry standards
- Ensure adherence to corporate and local policies, rules, and standards
Requirements
- Very strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- 5 or more years of experience in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Problem-solving skills to address employee issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information and employee data
Language
Fluent in Dutch and very good knowledge of English
