Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager
- Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates and supervisors
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail processes and improving them
- Oversee and manage stock, ensuring all items are in place and ready to be displayed and/or sold
- Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
- Ensure the store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence
- You love interacting with customers and setting a great example for the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
- You are not afraid to take the initiative where the Store Manager is absent
- You know how to play a part in creating a great team who share your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding
- You have excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English
- You have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to lead and motivate a team, and leading from the front to maximize sales and boost productivity
