Bij DMC Production zijn we gespecialiseerd in het leveren van broadcast- en digitale diensten wereldwijd. Met een sterke focus op sport en innovatie, en door gebruik te maken van de nieuwste technologieën voor remote productie, realiseren we hoogwaardige, live meercamera producties.

Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een Project Coördinator.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Project Coördinator bied je ondersteuning aan onze Client Manager en Projectmanager bij het uitvoeren van hun plannen. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het assisteren van de Client Manager en Projectmanager bij het opstellen van offertes en het afronden van projecten.
  • Het organiseren van diverse logistieke aspecten die verband houden met verschillende projecten, zoals accreditatie, crewplanning, accommodatie, vervoer en vliegreizen.
  • Het onderhouden van communicatie met onze klanten om de voortgang te bespreken en vragen te beantwoorden.
  • Het tijdig aanleveren van correcte planningen aan klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Het beheren van de financiële administratie van producties en het registreren van offertes.
  • Het zorgen voor een soepele (financiële) afronding van projecten, waarbij je alle benodigde documenten finaliseert en oplevert, zowel intern als extern.

Vereisten

Wij zoeken kandidaten met de juiste technische kennis van productieprocessen, die in staat zijn om op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden aan onze klanten. Je bent georganiseerd, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in drukke situaties. Affiniteit met sport is een pré.
