Position Overview
As Netflix continues its trajectory of growth and expansion, we are seeking a Direct Tax Analyst to become an integral part of the EMEA Tax Team based in Amsterdam. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Managing quarterly US GAAP tax provisioning;
- Overseeing annual tax positions in both IFRS and local GAAP financial statements;
- Facilitating communication with external auditors of our financial statements;
- Coordinating the corporate income tax compliance process alongside local third-party advisors;
- Contributing to global tax planning initiatives.

- Curious and enthusiastic, willing to ask questions and challenge conventional thinking;
- Detail-oriented and precise in their work.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Proficient in international tax regulations;
- Experience collaborating with third-party service providers;
- Background in a multinational corporate environment;
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP tax provisioning;
- Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on process enhancements;
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and preferably familiar with Workday or similar ERP systems;
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
