Loyens & Loeff is seeking a Tax Compliance Adviser to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Tax Compliance Adviser, you will be responsible for preparing corporate income tax returns, drafting and reviewing overviews of corporate income tax returns, and assisting with tax advice provided to clients.
Your Responsibilities:- Prepare corporate income tax returns for large fiscal unities and fund structures, and report on positions taken and associated risks.
- Draft and review overviews of corporate income tax returns, including deferred tax calculations and changes in acute and deferred corporate income tax.
- Prepare and assess corporate income tax positions for financial statements, including deferred tax calculations and determination of acute corporate income tax.
- Assist with tax advice provided to clients and implement advice.
- Act as contact person for clients for all tax compliance activities.
- Assist clients in setting up a tax control framework.
- Support clients regarding transfer pricing and other documentation requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in the tax compliance practice.
- Thorough knowledge of tax law, supplemented with knowledge of various reporting rules.
- Ability to excel in the profession and willingness to further develop yourself.
- Accurate work and ambition, results-oriented, analytically strong, and good understanding of financial information.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English.
