Position Overview

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Direct Tax Analyst to be part of our EMEA Tax Team based in Amsterdam. This role involves supporting various tax-related functions, including:

  • Quarterly US GAAP tax provisioning.
  • Annual tax disclosures in IFRS/local GAAP financial statements.
  • Collaboration with external auditors for financial statement reviews.
  • Managing corporate income tax compliance with local advisors.
  • Engaging in global tax planning initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures. Key attributes include:

  • Excellent communication skills for building effective relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with international tax regulations.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party service providers.
  • Background in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP tax provisioning.
  • Project management experience with a track record of process enhancements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and preferably Workday or similar ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
