Main Responsibilities
The Payroll Representative will ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time. This involves compliance with tax legislation, labor conditions, and company rules. The role requires coordination with the Dow Payroll department and interaction with local and international partners. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and experience with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office, and SAP is an asset.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to manage competing priorities, and have experience working in high-volume operational environments. Internal controls experience is preferred, as well as proficiency in other European languages. The role requires accountability and ownership of data and processes, with a focus on coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
