**About the Role**

Olympia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate warehouse equipment to handle and store goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and safeguard personnel and goods.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock replenishment, to maintain precise inventory levels.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to uphold operational efficiency and meet safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance workflow and minimize errors.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Working in two shifts, 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00, on a weekly rotation.
  • Working one day in the weekend, twice a month, is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within a warehouse or logistics setting is desirable.
  • Proficient understanding of safety protocols and the capacity to operate equipment safely.
  • Attentiveness to detail to ensure precise pallet stacking and efficient inventory management.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve productivity objectives.
  • Strong English communication abilities and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
