About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with distributors and other stakeholders in the FMCG industry. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth in the region, working closely with our cross-functional team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a commercial role within the FMCG/medical/health/pharma industries, with a proven ability to deliver commercial targets and build short-, medium- and long-term growth strategies for countries/categories.
You will also have a solid understanding of theoretical and practical application of account management, category, channel strategy (pharma channel is a plus) and experience in working with distributors. Fluency in English and Hebrew is required, with another language being a plus.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
