About the RoleAs Global Marketing Director, you will work closely with our sales team to develop the right mix of demand generation programs, events, and communications to maximize pipeline generation. You will also be responsible for developing and owning the translation of our company, group, and product portfolio strategies into day-to-day marketing and sales materials, including campaign content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand and generate sales opportunities.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including demand generation, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
- Collaborate with our content, design, digital marketing, and sales teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience and help build pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve our growth objectives.
- 7+ years of international marketing experience in a fast-growing B2B software or SaaS business.
- Exceptional track-record in demand generation and building pipelines, resulting in continuous and fast growth.
- Excellent people and management skills to lead junior marketing colleagues, work with cross-functional teams, and manage third parties.
- An exceptional communicator, who can succinctly convey how our products or solutions work, why they matter to our target audience, and how they uniquely help customers.
- Excellent program and project management skills, as well as CRM software marketing automation experience.
