Transform Customer Success with MathWorks Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for helping our largest customer in the Netherlands succeed by transforming their use of MathWorks solutions and services into valuable innovations within their software ecosystem, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize, and document their technology needs.
  • Raise awareness and promote the adoption of MathWorks solutions and services to address customer needs, within the context of their technology roadmap.
  • Help prioritize and define MathWorks solution roadmap in alignment with the customer's, broadening and deepening adoption.
  • Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
  • Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for MathWorks solutions.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Applied Physics, with industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English, European Framework of Reference Level C1. Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
  • Proven technical project management skills.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages: C, C++, Python, or Java.
  • Knowledge of modern software systems, including cloud computing, security, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
