Job Title: Client Service Specialist at Bank Mendes Gans

As a Client Service Specialist at Bank Mendes Gans, you will be part of our Mid Office team, responsible for providing excellent client support on sensitive international payments with complex routing and interest calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming (FX) payments accurately and in accordance with cash pool balances and customer limits, working closely with the Account Manager and Risk department.
  • Support customers with Netting cycles, including preliminary and final runs, limit excess procedures, and FX payments and receivables, addressing operational netting-related questions through prioritization and teamwork.
  • Maintain static data for Netting and Cash Pool products on our banking platform, Megabank, and support customers in using these self-service portals, as well as maintaining customer and account data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • University (Bachelor) education
  • Current residency in the Netherlands
  • Experience with international (FX) payments, cash pool, and/or netting in a banking environment
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and high pressure, with customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, planning, and persuasiveness
