Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational processes for shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, co-loaders, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to approved customer price offers.
  • Maintain and expand the customer portfolio by providing quotes and engaging with network agents daily.
  • Manage operations based on reservations and customer-provided details.
  • Communicate effectively with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and overseas agencies during operations, ensuring efficient follow-up.
  • Deliver timely and accurate updates to customers on operational status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, customers, and internal teams for seamless coordination.
