About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Heijen. As a direct hire and part of the team at Yacht, you will be responsible for developing, coaching, and leading a team of procurement officers and a procurement process expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for new and existing categories, such as facilities, infrastructure, automation, materials, etc.
  • Optimize supplier relationships and preferred supplier base.
  • Improve current contracts and manage internal contract and tender tool.
  • Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, reporting directly to the CFO.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and several years of experience within procurement.
  • Team coaching and supervision experience.
  • Contract and supplier management experience.
