Parking Manager

Are you a motivated professional looking for a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact? As a parking manager, you will work with an international team to transform an existing truckstop in Moerdijk into a modern, secured full-service parking for drivers. Your responsibilities will include operationalizing the truckstop, efficiently handling requests from drivers and companies, managing and processing reservations, and proactively resolving a variety of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize the truckstop with your team.
- Handle requests from drivers and companies efficiently.
- Manage and process reservations.
- Open the parking lot and welcome drivers.
- Proactively resolve various issues.
- Process payment transactions with various credit cards.
- Create reports in Excel on transactions and operational matters.
- Maintain effective communication with partners, such as catering and cleaning services.
- Collaborate closely with international colleagues from Sales and the Account Department.
