About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parking Manager in Moerdijk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our truckstop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to operationalize the parking lot and ensure a high-quality experience for drivers.
  • Handle incoming requests from drivers and companies, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage and process incoming requests for reservations, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Oversee the opening of the parking lot, interacting with drivers and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proactively address and resolve a variety of issues, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Process payment transactions with various credit cards, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Generate reports in Excel on transactions and operational matters, providing valuable insights for the team.
  • Maintain effective relationships with partners, including catering and cleaning services.
  • Work closely with international colleagues from Sales and the Account Department to drive business growth.

Our client is a leading international employer offering a range of solutions in the areas of cranes, forklifts, secure parking spaces for drivers, and logistic storage spaces. With a presence in Spain, France, and the Netherlands, we are expanding our operations in Moerdijk and seeking a talented individual to join our team.

Requirements
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ambition and skills to manage teams in the future.
  • Experience with various administrative tasks.
  • Solid personality with a friendly and professional work attitude.
  • Practical attitude and ability to analyze situations effectively.
  • Will to work weekends if necessary.
  • Interest in interacting with international colleagues in addition to Dutch contacts.
What We Offer
