Role Overview

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be central to our customer interactions, acting as the essential bridge between our clients and our product development team. Your responsibilities will include comprehending customer requirements, specifications, and expectations, and converting them into actionable technical directives for our developers. You will be instrumental in testing, installing, and troubleshooting our products or systems, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will provide critical feedback and suggestions for ongoing enhancement. Your expertise will also be vital in delivering training, comprehensive documentation, and outstanding post-sales support to our clients, nurturing enduring and positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize our versatile product components to design and configure systems that accurately fulfill customer needs.
- Perform comprehensive testing of systems based on established qualification protocols to guarantee reliable performance.
- Address system-level challenges, diagnosing issues, and proposing innovative solutions to improve performance.
- Resolve hardware-related technical challenges, ensuring seamless operation and optimal efficiency.
- Develop detailed and thorough documentation to equip customers with essential knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal and external certification organizations, ensuring our systems meet EMC and safety regulations.
- Partner with the sales team to create customized system solutions that align with customer expectations.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Familiarity with server/computer hardware. Proficient in scripting and automation languages, such as Bash or Python, for task automation and testing. Analytical mindset with the ability to swiftly assess issues and identify root causes. Highly motivated and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
