Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line Support Engineer to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing quality solutions for technical disturbances and ensuring the delivery performance of our Motion actuators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Troubleshoot: Provide hands-on and analytical support for the actuator assembly process within the Motion factory, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control KPIs related to quality and timing of solutions, ensuring that technical realizations meet our high standards.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Actively seek and transfer knowledge to ensure that our team is equipped to handle complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to secure effective problem analysis and continuity.
  • Initiative and Creativity: Take the lead in executing plans, undertake the right actions on time, and focus on finding more solutions to one problem.
  • Multitasking: Deliver work with quality and respect delivery deadlines, even when multiple tasks are executed at the same time.

Requirements

  • Education: A technical bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Automotive, or Aerospace.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a technical production environment, with a strong background in troubleshooting, quality improvement methods, and problem analysis.
  • Skills: Combining an analytical approach with a hands-on mentality, focused on quality and continuous improvement, good social and communication skills, and the ability to work with other departments.
