Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as an EHS Campus Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs across our datacenters, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS programs to prevent incidents and illnesses
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Support incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify corrective and preventive actions
  • Deliver regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global EHS Team and contribute to the safe delivery of core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft. As an EHS Campus Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a meaningful impact on our company's EHS performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
