About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at HSD Campus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead innovation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on digital strategy and transformation
  • Translate complex commercial, operational, and technical information into actionable advice and roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, or innovation)
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital strategy development and/or execution in a consultancy or advisory role
  • Strong understanding of digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and other relevant topics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine strategic and technical insights
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects
  • Fluency in English (and Dutch is a plus)
