We are an e-commerce business with a strong IT focus, operating in a conservative market. However, we are agile and independent, thanks to our in-house development team that continuously improves our software.

Overview

At ABF, we have over 14 million products in stock and serve customers worldwide, with only 6% located in the Netherlands. Our company is international-oriented, and we are looking for a talented Technical Quality Assurance Specialist - E-commerce to join our team.

This role involves working efficiently, accurately, and ensuring the highest quality of our software. You will examine internal and external requirements, collaborate closely with the development team, and translate these needs into test cases.

In this position, you'll create and document test cases, write automated UI tests, and ensure comprehensive documentation is in place for all software features. You will play a vital part in shaping the quality of our products through a combination of technical skill and proactive involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI testing (through Selenium)

  • Automation of front-end and backend functionalities
  • Preparation of test plans and reports
  • Analysing test results
  • Actively and proactively contribute to improving your work
  • Create and work on End-User Documentation
  • Organising workshops/UAT's for internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, a Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification, and be proficient in coding (Microsoft Stack). You should also be able to read and create UML diagrams, have knowledge of C#, SQL databases, and .NET Core, as well as experience with Selenium and SpecFlow (BDD).

What We Offer

As a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist - E-commerce at ABF, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from €50,000 to €60,000 gross per year, based on a full-time employment contract. You will also receive a performance-dependent bonus of up to 6% of the annual salary, a nice working-from-home fee of €2.65 euros per day, and a good working atmosphere with Dutch and international colleagues.

In addition to these benefits, you will receive 28 vacation days on a full-time basis, lunch prepared for you daily, travel expense allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, 100% compensation for public transport, and a pension agreement at Nationale Nederlanden.
