Tech Support Specialist

This role is at the heart of our operations in Amsterdam, serving as the backbone of the company. We're the ones who answer questions, offer support, and keep things running smoothly.
JOB PURPOSE
We're looking for a technical person who doesn't mind being hands-on. As a part-time Tech Support specialist in our Amsterdam office, you'll help colleagues with everyday tech issues, from software installs to fixing hardware. You'll also keep our hardware stock in check and support company events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in IT/tech support processes, interact with internal users, and help find solutions to basic technical problems;
- Assist colleagues with software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and other technical tasks;
- Ensure our hardware stock is complete and up-to-date;
- Support company events.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who can communicate well in both Dutch and English;
- You're service-oriented, get energy from helping people, and are not averse to hands-on work;
- Have basic knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android;
- Have basic knowledge of Gmail, Dropbox, O365;
- Have basic knowledge of computer HW&SW principles;
- Know how to use your hands and tools;
- Want to learn a lot of new things;
- Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
