Position Overview:
At our European headquarters in Rotterdam, we are seeking a Graphic/Digital Design Intern to collaborate with our design team within the Marketing department.
The ideal candidate will be a student who is enthusiastic about: creating unique opportunities, exploring innovative solutions, and being environmentally conscious. A diverse background and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, innovative setting is advantageous.
If you have a specific area of design that excites you, we can explore ongoing projects that may align with your interests (such as photography or illustration).
Responsibilities:
Develop digital assets, including web banners and brand page visuals. Manage communication with lifestyle partners and collaborators. Produce print materials, such as postcards, posters, and training resources. Assist our social media team by crafting posts and engaging with our audience. Create assets for both internal and external purposes, such as graphics for presentations and promotional sheets. Provide brand assets and images upon request for our partners. Modify and localize existing artwork for EMEA applications. Adapt key visuals for advertisements and various print/digital uses. Generate and modify paid and organic social media assets. Conduct asset management and organization using KEEN's Digital Asset Management System and our Online Partners. Support other KEEN and marketing initiatives as needed.Candidate Profile:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, with continuous enrollment throughout the internship. Passionate about outdoor activities and/or sports. Familiar with social media platforms. Proficient in Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus. Possesses a creative mindset. Self-motivated, curious, and a quick learner. Exhibits high levels of organization, communication, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.You will be part of a diverse international team that shares a passion for the outdoors and marketing.
