We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with a strong focus on innovation, development, and excellence.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company or technology partner.
  • Ability to plan and organize work, solve problems, and maintain a result-oriented approach, along with excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Java language, NoSQL databases (MongoDB and ElasticSearch), and Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, Spring Batch).
  • Familiarity with at least one message broker (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and motivate the team to meet timeliness requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, including managing a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines.
