Job Description
We're seeking a Data Insights and Optimization Analyst Intern to join our international headquarters in Utrecht. As a key member of our Data Management team, you'll work on extracting valuable insights from our dynamic ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include conducting a comprehensive inventory of data, analyzing usage patterns, and providing recommendations for strategic enhancements.
Key Activities
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our data landscape to identify high-impact data attributes and underutilized areas.
- Analyze the relation of data usage with user profiles to gain a deeper understanding of our data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather additional insights and context about data usage and dependencies.
- Document findings in clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
What We Offer
- A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time).

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
- A structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Commitment to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from September to January.
- Availability to join the internship for 3 - 4 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely.
Eligibility Criteria
- Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
- You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
