About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Employee to join our team at a leading sports store chain in Tilburg. As a Logistics Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receipt and delivery of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming products from trucks
  • Pick and pack orders for transport
  • Contribute to the efficiency of warehouse processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Working Hours and Shifts

This position requires a flexible schedule, with two shifts available: morning (07:30-15:30) and afternoon (15:30-23:30). You will work one week in the morning shift and the next week in the afternoon shift. On Mondays, all shifts start half an hour earlier.

Requirements
  • Availability to work 32-38 hours a week, with a minimum of 24 hours a week after the summer
  • Ability to work two weekends a month (150% paid on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays)
  • Availability to work in two shifts
  • English language proficiency
  • Own accommodation, BSN number, working permit, and Dutch health insurance
  • Experience in teamwork and proactive attitude
  • Age 18 or older
Benefits
  • Salary of €13.82 gross per hour
  • 150% paid on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (max 30 km one way)
  • Access to sports fields, pingpong table, and pool table at the warehouse
