Job Title: Logistics Employee at a Sports Store Chain

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Employee to join our team at a sports store chain in Tilburg. As a Logistics Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receipt and delivery of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing incoming products
  • Pick and pack orders and prepare them for transport
  • Switching between processes to stay active and flexible
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the processes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Working Hours and Shifts:

This position is open for 32-38 hours a week. The logistics center is open from 07:00 to 23:30, with two shifts:

  • Morning shift: 07:30-15:30
  • Afternoon shift: 15:30-23:30

On Mondays, all shifts start half an hour earlier. You will work one week's morning shift and the next week's afternoon shift. Every Tuesday, there is an interview moment at the warehouse, and the starting moments are always the following Monday.

Requirements:
  • Availability to work two weekends a month (150% paid on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays)
  • Availability to work in two shifts (one week's morning and the next week's afternoon shift)
  • Availability to work 32-38 hours a week
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • BSN number, working permit, and Dutch health insurance
  • Experience in teamwork and being proactive
  • At least 18 years old
Benefits:
  • A salary of €13.82 gross per hour
  • 150% paid on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay (based on full-time employment)
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (max 30 km one way)
  • Access to sports fields, ping-pong table, and pool table at the warehouse
  • Working with fun and sportive colleagues
