Team Lead Factory Quality Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our factory team, you will be responsible for achieving a state of high quality performance, compliance, and sustainability in our factory in Best.

Your Role:

  • Ensure product quality while maintaining full compliance and driving manufacturing excellence.
  • Achieve timely releases of products with high quality and outstanding reliability.
  • Manage a team of Quality engineers and Reject Handlers.
  • Be the single point of contact for our modalities for customers like legal manufacturer and operations manager.
  • Lead and enable strong cross-functional partnership between different stakeholders.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • At least 5 years' experience within quality engineering within an operational environment in the medical devices and/or pharma industry.
  • At least Bachelor level coupled with technical background.
  • Experience with Medical Device Regulations and standards (FDA CFR, ISO 13485:2016) preferred.
  • Good communication and reporting skills in English and Dutch.
  • Team management/coordinating experience.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
