Job Title: Team Lead Factory Quality Engineering

As a Team Lead Factory Quality Engineering at Philips, you will be responsible for achieving a state of high quality performance, compliance, and sustainability in our factory in Best. You will pursue continuous quality improvement through the application of Quality Engineering practices.

Your Role:
  • Ensure product quality while maintaining full compliance and driving manufacturing excellence.
  • Achieve timely releases of products with high quality and outstanding reliability.
  • Manage a team of Quality engineers and Reject Handlers.
  • Be the single point of contact for our modalities for customers like legal manufacturer and operations manager.
  • Lead and enable strong cross-functional partnership between different stakeholders.
You're the Right Fit If:
  • You have at least 5 years' experience within quality engineering within an operational environment in the medical devices and/or pharma industry.
  • You have at least a Bachelor level coupled with a technical background.
  • You have experience with Medical Device Regulations and standards (FDA CFR, ISO 13485:2016) preferred.
  • You have good communication and reporting skills in English and Dutch.
  • You have team management/coordinating experience.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset.
