Job Title: IT Technician/Senior IT Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician/Senior IT Assistant to join our team at the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for departmental daily operations and teaching activities, including setup and maintenance of PC, network, server, AV equipment, and system infrastructure.
  • Inventory keeping and management of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for project execution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience as in-house IT support (preferable) or fresh graduate students will also be considered.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
