The Role

We're seeking a skilled Jeweller to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Jeweller, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere during the welding process, explaining each step to the customer.

You will thrive in owning the full experience from the moment customers enter the store. You will nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for customers.
  • Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets to customers' wrists.
  • Develop a strong presence on the shop floor and actively share your expertise with customers.
  • Be adaptable and genuine in sensitive/sentimental appointments.
  • Have exceptional product knowledge and knowledge relating to all of the services that we offer.
