As a Product Category Executive, you will be part of our Growth Team, responsible for curating an exceptional product portfolio, setting competitive price levels, and crafting unforgettable online shopping experiences.
Estimated SalaryRanging from €55,000 to €70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Design a product plan that outperforms competitors in pricing, product range, content, and other aspects;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive volume within your region or product category;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, including sustainable products;
- Introduce new products to market based on research and proposed product requirements;
- Assess the performance of products and producers continuously;
- Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective product execution and management.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar commercial or marketing role;
- A deep understanding that products must sell, and a readiness to pivot when necessary;
- A pragmatic attitude with attention to detail and critical thinking;
- A performance-driven mindset, aiming to exceed expectations;
- The ability to translate strategic insights into actionable plans;
- The capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
