Faurecia Clean Mobility is a leading manufacturer of exhaust systems and catalysts for cars and trucks. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and operating single machines to produce exhaust systems/catalysts according to instructions;
- Receiving work assignments from the Gap Leader and reading/studying work instructions;
- Supervising the operation of robotized/automated machines and monitoring the production process;
- Producing products according to prescribed standards and work instructions;
- Informing the Gap Leader in case of major malfunction, damage, and/or machine failure;
- Ensuring 5S and quality, health & safety, environmental, and safety requirements are met as described in the procedures.
You will also be responsible for performing control tasks, including:
- Constant visual inspection regarding the product, damages, and the place of work according to the work instruction;
- Checking the produced products using a caliper or control jig;
- Documenting control findings in the production control forms provided;
- Reporting product deviations to the Gap Leader and stopping the process if necessary.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system;
- Experience as an Assembly Worker or Production Worker is a plus;
- Experience in the Metal Industry or Automotive is a plus;
- Ability to work accurately and correctly;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Motivated and positive attitude.
- A starting salary of €17.67 gross per hour in 3 shifts (including shift allowance);
- A full-time position for a longer period, in 2 or 3 shifts, with a chance of acquisition by Faurecia in case of good performance;
- Working for a company with a good image in the region;
- Good career opportunities within Faurecia;
- Travel allowance as from 10 km one way + the CAO-bound SAO allowance;
- 25 holidays per year based on full-time job;
- 8.33% vacation allowance.
