About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Process Operator to join our team in Roermond. As a key player in the production process, you will be responsible for starting, stopping, preparing, monitoring, and controlling the production process.

Your tasks will include ensuring that products meet specifications, efficiently managing the production process, performing preparatory work, checking if products meet standards, and identifying and discussing deviations with the 1st Process Operator.

Requirements
  • MBO work and thinking level
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English/German
  • A valid forklift certificate is a plus
  • Some experience or knowledge of working in a production environment
  • Willingness to undertake company-specific training and courses
What We Offer
  • Full-time position: Start in staggered day shifts (06:00 to 14:30 / 09:30 to 18:00), later transitioning to a three-shift system.
  • Attractive salary: Ranging from €2409 to €2800, excluding shift allowance.
  • Extras: 6% year-end bonus, 25 vacation days, and 12 ADV days.
  • Shift allowance: Fixed allowance of 18% for three shifts.
  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km.
  • Development opportunities: Possibility of a permanent contract and VAPRO training.
