Process Operator Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Process Operator to join our team in Roermond. As an Assistant Process Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that products meet specifications and efficiently managing the production process.
About the CompanyOur client is a leading company specializing in roof gutters, offering a pleasant and professional working environment. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills as a process operator.
Requirements- MBO work and thinking level
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English/German
- A valid forklift certificate is a plus
- Some experience or knowledge of working in a production environment
- Willingness to undertake company-specific training and courses
- Full-time position: Start in staggered day shifts (06:00 to 14:30 / 09:30 to 18:00), later transitioning to a three-shift system.
- Attractive salary: Ranging from €2409 to €2800, excluding shift allowance.
- Extras: 6% year-end bonus, 25 vacation days, and 12 ADV days.
- Shift allowance: Fixed allowance of 18% for three shifts.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km.
- Development opportunities: Possibility of a permanent contract and VAPRO training.
