Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Process Operator to join our team at Invite in Roermond. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to €2880, excluding an additional 18% shift allowance.

About the Job

As an Assistant Process Operator, you will be at the heart of the production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Starting, stopping, preparing, monitoring, and controlling the production process.
  • Ensuring that all products meet the required specifications.
  • Efficiently managing the production workflow.
  • Carrying out preparatory tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Checking product quality against set standards.
  • Identifying deviations and discussing them with the 1st Process Operator.

Requirements
  • MBO work and thinking level
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English/German
  • A valid forklift certificate is a plus
  • Some experience or knowledge of working in a production environment
  • Willingness to undertake company-specific training and courses
What We Offer
  • Full-time position: Initially in staggered day shifts (06:00 to 14:30 or 09:30 to 18:00), with a later transition to a three-shift system.
  • Competitive salary: Between €2409 and €2880, excluding shift allowance.
  • Additional benefits: 6% year-end bonus, 25 vacation days, and 12 ADV days.
  • Shift allowance: An 18% fixed allowance for working in three shifts.
  • Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per km.
  • Career development: Opportunities for a permanent contract and further training, including VAPRO certification.
