Job Description

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high-quality cleaning standards across all areas of the hotel
  • SUPERVISING a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Performing light administrative tasks, including time registration and scheduling
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the hotel and our head offices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership qualities and experience as a supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages
  • Cleaning experience and knowledge of health and safety protocols
